This is a 4 day/week downloadable training plan that is suggested for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The workouts can be done on different days (M,T,F,S for example), but be sure to do each workout in order.

Days off can be used as active recovery to do yoga, hike, play games, do something you enjoy, or completely relax.
