8 Week Booty Builder Program

This is a 4 day/week downloadable training plan that is suggested for intermediate resistance trained athletes (at least 3 months training) and are comfortable with barbell and complex exercises. The workouts are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The workouts can be done on different days than those schedules (i.e. M,T,F,S for example), but be sure to do each workout in order.

Days off can be used as active recovery to do yoga, hike, play games, do something you enjoy, or completely relax.

Because the goal of this program is to build muscle, it’s not suggested to do steady state cardio for longer than 30 minutes throughout this program.
